These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Knowtifs mobile application ("the App"), operated by M Services GmbH ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
An account is required to use the App. You may register using an email address or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Fact content in the App is generated using a proprietary knowledge graph pipeline that cross-validates multiple large language models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or currency of any fact. Accuracy may vary depending on the generation pipeline version and models used. Always verify information from primary sources when precision matters.

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of M Services GmbH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Flashcard content you import remains your own. By importing content, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Certain features may require a paid subscription managed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. All billing and cancellation is handled by Apple; we have no access to payment details. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Services GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available at knowtifs.app/terms.html.
